- [AI sales CRM with LangGraph agents](https://company-site.bidueroflex.workers.dev/en/cases/sales-crm/): We built a production CRM for a business whose sales run through chat. Every inbound conversation becomes a scored lead on a configurable pipeline, and a LangGraph AI agent bound to each stage qualifies the lead, confirms the order and hands it on, while managers approve, edit or take over at any point. The backend runs on Python, FastAPI, Temporal, RabbitMQ and Keycloak behind one React web app, and the same design fits agencies, B2B sales teams, scheduled services and marketplaces.
- [Multi-chain crypto payment and custody platform](https://company-site.bidueroflex.workers.dev/en/cases/crypto-custody/): We built a crypto payment and custody backend for a high-volume consumer platform, covering EVM networks, Tron and TON. It issues deposit addresses, detects incoming payments, sweeps funds into a hot wallet, executes withdrawals and notifies the business backend through signed webhooks; deposits, sweeps and withdrawals run as Temporal sagas, and access goes through Keycloak. Built in two generations, it keeps production keys in an isolated HD signer behind a narrow signing interface, with a threshold-ECDSA (MPC) signer in pilot.
- [Architecture for a multi-bank payment aggregator](https://company-site.bidueroflex.workers.dev/en/cases/payment-platform-architecture/): We designed the solution architecture for a payment aggregator that connects merchants to several acquiring banks through a single API and a hosted checkout, for a client launching a payment platform in a regional market. The deliverable is a blueprint for the client's own engineering team, not a system we operate. It covers the domain model, a nominal account with an append-only ledger, payment and refund flows on Temporal, smart routing between banks, IAM with Keycloak, network topology, high availability with a failover runbook, CI/CD and reference code for the core patterns.
- [Browser-grade API gateway for a platform with no API](https://company-site.bidueroflex.workers.dev/en/cases/browser-api-gateway/): We built a stable, documented REST API for a business whose operations depend on a large consumer web platform with no public API. The platform signs requests with VM-obfuscated in-page JavaScript encryption and sits behind a WAF and anti-bot layer, so the gateway runs every call inside a real Playwright browser session. A Kubernetes fleet of browser workers, orchestrated by Temporal, handles account onboarding, code activation and top-up orders asynchronously, with monitoring built in.
- [TractionEye: net-worth indexer for TON wallets](https://company-site.bidueroflex.workers.dev/en/cases/tractioneye/): TractionEye is a Telegram Mini App that shows how a TON wallet's net worth changes over time, with a chart and a list of assets, prices and USD values. We designed and built its backend: Python indexing microservices that rebuild a wallet's full balance history on the first request from public blockchain data, price every asset including DEX liquidity-pool tokens, and serve chart-ready time series from TimescaleDB on PostgreSQL 16.
- [Automated After Effects video rendering via API](https://company-site.bidueroflex.workers.dev/en/cases/ae-render-automation/): We built a cloud API that turns Adobe After Effects templates and structured data into rendered MP4 videos with no motion designer in the loop. It covers the whole path: template registration, asset upload, AI-generated footage, rendering on remote Windows render nodes and delivery through S3-compatible storage. Every step is tracked, reports its progress and can be retried.

## Core stack

- Python: The backbone of almost every system we build: about 20 FastAPI services, SQLAlchemy and Alembic on PostgreSQL, asyncio, Pydantic, and pytest and Playwright test suites.
- Temporal: Long-running, money- and state-critical processes in 8+ production systems: crypto deposits and withdrawals, card issuing and KYC, CRM lead screening, AI reply flows and browser-worker fleets.
- Keycloak: Our standard identity layer in 10+ systems: OIDC + PKCE, token introspection, client credentials between services, branded login themes and custom Java SPIs for PIN login and Telegram Mini App sign-in.
